Our web-based systems are designed to provide state of the art technology
to complement and enable the services we deliver to our clients,
candidates, and employees.
Our e-commerce program allows us to compete directly
with the much larger organizations in the staffing marketplace by
using technology instead of the traditional “bricks and mortar”
branches that encumber flexibility and increase costs. This is no
easy task considering the complexity of a business whose service
is the procurement of human resources. Utilizing our state of the
art tools, we offer our clients processes customized to their business
needs, not the "one-size-fits-all" approach so prevalent
within the industry.
On the candidate side, we have recruiting job boards,
online skills assessments, and a web-based time system to track
the employees' time when they are on the job. Our web-based time
system offers approval workflows so that employees and clients both
know that the hours charged are the approved hours worked. MMC offers
a variety of services and benefits to enhance the quality of life
for our employees.
On the client side, we support the major e-procurement
systems available in the marketplace, as well as offer our own web-based
system to track requirements and their fulfillment. We support electronic
billings and settlements utilizing the current market technologies.
