What is it?
CaseFileXpress (CFX) is a secure web-based electronic document transmission, storage, and management system, which creates substantial savings and increases bottom line profitability and efficiency by reducing document transmission, production, storage, and management costs through automation.
Although "the CFX technology" was originally designed and implemented as the first Electronic Filing Service Provider (EFSP) for Texas State Courts and the Washington D.C. Superior Courts, the CFX application has been enhanced to provide services for various applications requiring secure, remote, document transmission and management services.
CFX staff provide 24x7 help desk support, as well as onsite and web-based training. CFX clients include more than 80% of the largest law firms in Texas as determined by the American Bar Association ratings. CFX also holds the contract to provide electronic filing services to the State of Texas Office of the Attorney General and US Attorney General.
