Tammy Carter
General Manager, CaseFileXpress |
Ms. Carter is a Management Information Systems professional with over twenty years of public and private sector experience in the areas of business development, strategic planning, consulting, software development and deployment, business operations, recruiting, contract negotiation, and management. She has developed and managed multi-million dollar software practices since 1997. She has substantial management and technical experience developing information systems, including web-based technologies, in numerous progressively responsible roles including executive manager, engagement manager, account manager, and consultant.
Ms. Carter has extensive government experience and over ten years of experience managing client accounts. She has substantial experience developing software practices, building client relationships, meeting client expectations and communicating with executive management. Ms. Carter is a graduate of the California State University, Sacramento with a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems. In addition to her business experience, from 1995 to 1997, she was a professional golfer.
As General Manager of CaseFileXpress, Ms. Carter is responsible for business development; client relationships; day-to-day operations; marketing; and leading the continued design, development, and support of the CaseFileXpress eFiling services.
