As the Director of Human Resources for MMC, Steve Gass is responsible for the overall direction, management, and administration of human resources services. In this role, he provides HR strategy and service delivery to both internal and external MMC clients. This includes recommending and implementing appropriate HR policies, procedures, and programs as well as partnering with and providing counsel to the executive management team regarding all areas of human resources.

Prior to joining the MMC team in January 2010, Steve's professional career included almost 30 years of service with Deloitte LLP initially as an auditor/CPA and ultimately as an HR director in a variety of international, national, regional and functional HR leadership roles (both generalist and specialist ones.)

Steve has a bachelor of business administration degree with a major in accountancy from the University of Missouri - Columbia.
