As General Counsel for MMC, Milton is responsible for providing legal counsel and advice to management and business team leaders.

Before joining MMC, Milton was in private practice with a primary emphasis in the corporate and tax planning areas. His corporate work included formation of organizations, acquisition of businesses, financing transactions, mergers and sales. His tax planning work involved income tax planning, business succession planning and estate and gift taxation for closely held businesses and professional firms and their owners. He has also worked for two regional and one national life insurance company.

Milton received a BA from Hartwick College, a JD from the New England School of Law and an LL.M. from the University of Miami. Milton is admitted to practice in Texas and New York and is a member of the Texas Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
