Michelle Smallwood is responsible for the general management and strategic direction of MMC and its affiliates. Her primary responsibilities include managing all aspects of MMC's operations, contract management and negotiations.

Rounding out her General Manager duties, Ms. Smallwood has broad field management experience. In addition to MMC's forty state reach, she managed financial operations for over 400 locations when she served as Chief Financial Officer of for a national nonprofit organization

MMC's broad and differentiated client base is complimented by Michelle's diverse client responsibilities with accounting firm, Grant Thornton. At Grant Thornton, Ms. Smallwood served as Assurance Senior Manager, personally responsible for more than 40 clients annually, including companies with revenues in excess of $100 million.

Ms. Smallwood is a graduate of Texas Tech University and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
