Allen Griffin is a Sr. Principal with MMC. He joined MMC in 1997 after serving for eight years as a Partner with PriceWaterhouse Coopers. There he was responsible for bank consulting engagements and services.

Prior to his tenure at Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Mr. Griffin was an executive in the real estate industry for several years. Mr. Griffin began his career in the Audit Department of another Big Four Accounting Firm.

Mr. Griffin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Baylor University.
